Lasers and lenses
Lasers and lenses
HOW
1. Using the knobs, position the optical elements of your choice in the path of the laser beams.
2. Observe the occurring phenomena.
WHY
When laser beams pass through transparent plastic objects, they are refracted. The direction of the refracted beams depends on the shape of the objects. You have several lenses: convex, flat-convex, and concave, two prisms and a rectangular prism. Each will produce a different effect.
