Sledding Track

• The 22-m-long toboggan run has a low-friction artificial surface.
• The peak of the run is at a height of 3 m.
• You slide down the run on a sled with plastic runners.
• During the slide, the potential energy of the sled and the person sliding is converted into kinetic energy.
• Kinetic energy minus the interactions associated with friction is transmitted to the mattress that the sled collides with.
